Online Reporting

Unethical, illegal or irresponsible acts can cause serious loss or harm to an organization, its employees and its customers. That is why it's everyone's responsibility to help prevent these activities and preserve our culture of integrity. The Cook Global E&C Helpline is not intended to replace existing policies or procedures, and before using the E&C Helpline, we would always encourage employees who have ethics or compliance concerns to use Cook’s normal reporting channels i.e. discuss with your Supervisor, Manager, HR Department or Ethics & Compliance immediately. However, if you are not comfortable reporting through normal channels, the E&C Helpline is another resource for you.

Please note the laws in the country in which you reside may limit the type of report that can be made through the E&C Helpline. Please use the above Cook channels to report concerns that cannot be dealt with via the E&C Helpline.

Our Policy of No Retaliation

We respect the confidentiality of associates who report business conduct violations. No retaliation means that employees who report concerns in good faith, will not be subject to any adverse employment action including separation, demotion, suspension or loss of benefits for making those reports.

Assistance

Cook’s ability to respond to your report depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. As outlined above, we would always encourage employees to use Cook’s normal internal channels to report an ethics or compliance concern. However, if you choose to use the E&C Helpline, a specially trained operator will confidentially document your concern(s) for you or the webpage will prompt you to include all the important details.
