The Company is committed to open and honest communication. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or company managers whenever you would like to share a concern or suggestion about our policies or standards.
In situations where you prefer to place a confidential, anonymous report, you are encouraged to report to Open Door using this website or a telephone hotline. Open Door is Scoular’s incident reporting and management system hosted by EthicsPoint, a third-party provider. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of our Code, as well as to request guidance. You may also use Open Door to submit constructive suggestions.
EthicsPoint will share the information you provide with Scoular. The information you provide will always be treated as confidential and, if so desired, it may be submitted anonymously. You have our guarantee that all comments will be heard and appropriate actions taken.
The Company values all reports and understands that some, submitted in good faith, may later prove to be unfounded. Scoular will not tolerate retaliation against someone who makes a good faith report of apparent misconduct or participates in an investigation of misconduct.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
