Mass General Brigham Health Plan is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, without fear of retaliation or retribution. We hope we have created an environment for our internal and external constituents (employees, vendors, members, brokers, providers, and any other business partner) in which you feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of laws, standards, or policies have occurred. Mass General Brigham Health Plan also recognizes that there may be instances when some degree of confidentiality or even anonymity is warranted.

Mass General Brigham Health Plan has contracted with EthicsPoint a third-party vendor incident management tool to facilitate and encourage the prompt reporting of suspected events of noncompliance and provide employees and vendors with a confidential and anonymous reporting channel. Allowed call details are reported to Mass General Brigham Health Plan for investigation, follow-up, and resolution and are treated as confidentially as possible while investigating and addressing reported issues.

All constituents are required to promptly report suspected noncompliance or fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) by any employee, provider, member, broker, or vendor that you believe violates applicable laws, rules, regulations, or Mass General Brigham Health Plan Code of Conduct and policies and procedures.

Reports can be placed via the hotline telephone number 1- or this website.
