Our Commitment

As a responsible business enterprise and corporate citizen, Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) is committed to conducting its affairs to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, honesty, and respect. We want all of our Associates to be proud to work at TCI and do their part to earn and maintain our reputation for high standards of business conduct.

What to Report

To help us deliver on our commitment, we have established this communication channel for Associates to report concerns relating to violations of TCI’s Business Code of Conduct and Ethics, other TCI policies, accounting and auditing matters, or allegations of retaliation for having reported matters in good faith.

This reporting system does not replace other methods Associates have traditionally used to communicate with TCI. For example, Associates are encouraged to report matters of concern to their immediate manager, higher levels of management, or to Human Resources. Nevertheless, if for any reason, you are not comfortable using any of these other reporting channels, this system is available and we do want to hear from you.

You Are Protected

We respect the confidentiality of Associates who report matters of concern. This reporting system is confidential and if you wish to remain anonymous you may do so. For more information on reporting security and confidentiality, please refer to the FAQ’s on this site. Associates who make reports in good faith are protected against any form of retaliation.
