GRFD’s Policy 1012 on Conduct and Behavior provides a foundation for maintaining these high standards, but we understand that a safe and supportive workplace requires ongoing vigilance and input from everyone. Whether your concern is about a potential policy violation, a safety issue, a colleague's mental health, or you have a suggestion for improvement, your voice is important.
To make it easier for you to report any concerns or share suggestions, we have a robust non-retaliation policy, ensuring that your input will be addressed without fear of reprisal. You can report directly to your supervisor, management, or use our EthicsPoint hotline if you prefer to remain anonymous. The EthicsPoint hotline is a secure, confidential platform managed by a third-party provider, designed to handle all types of reports—not just ethical concerns. Additionally, the platform serves as a suggestion box where you can share ideas for enhancing our work environment, procedures, or services. Your feedback, anonymous or otherwise, is invaluable in helping us maintain a positive and safe workplace for all.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
