Our Commitment

As a school, Lawrenceville must operate with responsibility and integrity and is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics. As our Code of Conduct in the Employee Handbook explains, the School has an Open Door policy and promotes open, honest communication, actively encouraging all employees, faculty, staff and students to approach their supervisor, the dean of faculty, the director of human resources or the Head of School when they believe there have been violations of School policies.

However, if you find yourself in a situation where you would prefer to place an anonymous report, you are encouraged to use this hotline or website, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. In addition to using the website or hotline to report violations, you may also use it for guidance related to policy procedures and to provide positive suggestions and stories.

All reports submitted through EthicsPoint are confidential and if you choose, anonymous. Submissions will be routed to and evaluated by the Director of Human Resources or the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel as needed and will be given careful attention by the appropriate Lawrenceville School administrators.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
