Our Commitment

Snap, Inc. and its subsidiaries have strong values of responsibility and integrity, as reflected in our Code of Conduct and our Employee Handbook, both available on the Snap intranet. And we’re committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation.

We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. But in situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint.

You are encouraged to report violations of our Code of Conduct, our Employee Handbook, or of any law or policy. You may also use the hotline to ask for guidance related to policies and procedures. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

Gifts/Entertainment/Expenses; Bribery Concerns Violations of gift policy, travel & expense policy, excessive spending, or any attempt to improperly influence another by giving something valuable. Employee Conduct (or Inappropriate Behavior) Report work related issues, concerns and interpersonal conflicts involving personnel (contractors, employees and managers). Includes but is not limited to discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Conflict of Interest Report any situation in which an employee’s loyalty appears split between Snap and an outside business interest or person. (Examples include: Working on an outside project that may compete with Snap; family ties to a Snap vendor or customer; hiring of relatives; accepting lavish gifts from business partners.) *This is not for disclosing your own conflicts of interest. This is for reporting conflicts you have witnessed. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Misappropriation of Intellectual Property Confidentiality refers to the protection of the Company's and our customer's non-public information and use of such information only for legitimate business purposes. Misappropriation refers to the unauthorized or improper use of a third party's intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. Financial Misconduct/Misreporting/Insider Trading Report fabrication, falsification, misrepresentation, omission or mischaracterization of information in a financial document, contract or report; inappropriate use of company funds, undue influence or questionable practices in accounting, auditing or internal financial controls; insider trading. Other Report any event, action or situation not you feel is inappropriate and is not covered by the categories above.
