After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
*Calling restrictions may apply in some countries when using mobile phones, pay phones or hotel phones. Alternative methods for reporting include use of a landline phone or reporting online.
Nutrien is committed to doing business with integrity everywhere and in every way we operate. Along with safety, integrity is a core value at Nutrien.
Everyone who works for or with Nutrien has the responsibility for doing business with integrity, and one of the most important ways to fulfill that is to speak up – ask questions and report concerns about actions that may violate the Code of Conduct or an associated policy. Consistent with our commitment to integrity, Nutrien promotes a work environment where open, honest and respectful communications are the expectation, not the exception.
There are several ways that employees can speak up about their concerns, including to one’s manager, another leader, HR, Legal, or the Integrity Group. Employees or anyone doing business with Nutrien can also use this Integrity Helpline.
Our people are our most important asset. By creating open channels of communication, we can address any issues and sustain a healthy work environment. The Integrity Helpline is a convenient way to provide the Integrity Group with the relevant information about your concerns. It is a guided process, either on the phone or through this website, that asks you the necessary questions to enable the Integrity Group to evaluate your concern. It also allows you to easily upload any relevant documents and allows you to log into the system to check for status updates or additional questions posed by the Integrity Group.
The Integrity Helpline is hosted by an independent third-party service provider, NAVEX. Their tool is called EthicsPoint. You may choose to provide information about your concern on an anonymous basis, if allowable under local law. In all cases, your report will be handled confidentially. You are also protected from retaliation for reports made in good faith. In general, good faith means that you sincerely believe that what you are raising is true. The Integrity Group will ensure your concerns are heard.
