The AE Board of Directors, Audit and Finance Committee, and Management Team values your input on any improper or illegal activities that might be taking place within our organization. Taking action to prevent problems is part of our culture, and AE encourages the reporting of possible questionable conduct. Through our “open door” culture, we encourage employees to report concerns to their managers. Your managers are obligated to report your concerns to the appropriate corporate representatives who will review, investigate, and resolve your question.

EthicsPoint is a third party reporting service that provides you with an anonymous and confidential method to voice your concerns or to report any misconduct. If you find you are unsure regarding an issue of misconduct or you have a question, please voice your concern. The Audit and Finance Committee of the AE Board of Directors prohibits reprisal, threats, retribution, or retaliation against any person who in good faith reports a violation or a suspected violation of the Code of Ethical Conduct, Conflict of Interest Policy, or any other company policy regarding business conduct and business transactions.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
