By following the guidelines in the Code and holding each other accountable, we can all contribute to ensuring Colonial is a trusted, safe, reliable, and ethical workplace. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your manager, your HR Business Partner, or the Ethics Program Manager in instances where you believe violations of the Code have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to make a confidential, anonymous report, you are encouraged to use this EthicsLine, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. You can submit reports relating to potential ethics violations via phone at 800-500-0333 or online using the “Make a Report” link above.
The information you provide will be sent to the Ethics Team by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis if you choose.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
