Adamas policies, procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs), including our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, set forth the expectation that Adamas conduct its business with the highest standards of ethics.

Adamas is committed to ensuring a work and business environment where open, honest, non-retaliatory communications are the expectation, not the exception. Adamas employees, customers and shareholders are encouraged to approach Adamas management in instances where you believe violations of law, regulation, industry codes, or Adamas policies, procedures and SOPs have occurred. Specifically, Adamas employees should feel comfortable approaching their manager or any other member of the Adamas management team about potential violations. As a reminder, it is an affirmative obligation of all Adamas employees to report alleged violations of law, regulations or corporate policies, procedures or SOPs.

In situations where Adamas employees, customers or shareholders prefer not to report alleged violations to Adamas management and instead prefer to report to a third party helpline provider or anonymously in confidence, such persons are encouraged to use the Adamas “Speak Up” helpline, hosted by EthicsPoint.

The information reported relating to alleged violations of law, regulation, industry codes or our corporate policies, procedures or SOPs, including our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and healthcare compliance policies, will be sent to Adamas management or its Board of Directors by EthicsPoint, and on a totally confidential and anonymous basis, if you should choose. Your comments will be heard.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
