Motiva encourages its employees to speak directly with their supervisors or Human Resources or Compliance about any ethics concerns. However, we recognize that there may be circumstances where you would rather report a concern anonymously through our third-party hosted hotline, EthicsPoint.

Confidentially report:

  • Violation(s) of the Code of Conduct or Motiva policies
  • Violations dealing with conflicts of interest, political activity, or receiving or giving gifts and entertainment
  • Retaliation for good faith reporting, or for assisting with the investigation of, any ethics or compliance matters
  • Improper payments to third parties or bribery
  • Improper use of assets, theft, or fraud
  • Disclosure of confidential information
  • Concerns regarding financial and accounting matters

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
