Lamb Weston’s Helpline, hosted by EthicsPoint, allows you another way to report activities that may violate our Code of Conduct, our policies and applicable law. You may also use this Helpline to ask questions or seek guidance. Reports are initially handled by specially trained EthicsPoint staff and are then investigated by authorized Lamb Weston personnel in a professional manner and confidentially, subject to applicable law and our need to conduct a thorough investigation. Although you may submit your concern anonymously (if permitted by law in your country), providing your name and contact information will enable us to contact you and perform a thorough investigation.

You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard. Anyone who seeks advice, raises a concern or reports suspected unethical or illegal behavior in good faith will not be subject to retaliatory actions.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
