How we do business is as important as the business we do. If you ever become aware of, or otherwise have a concern regarding potential misconduct, don't keep it to yourself. Discuss it with your supervisor or report it to a member of the Compliance Team.
We respect the confidentiality of associates who report alleged business conduct violations. No retaliation means that if you report a concern in good faith, you cannot be subject to any adverse employment action including separation, demotion, suspension or loss of benefits because of the report.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
At TeamHealth we are committed to conducting ourselves with integrity to ensure that our work is done in a legal and ethical manner. In furtherance of this commitment, we have developed our Code of Conduct (“Code”) and Compliance Policies and Procedures (“Policies”) to provide general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.
Open and honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of the Code or Policies have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this web based reporting system or our Compliance hotline, which are both hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. You are required to report suspected violations of our Code or Policies and encouraged to seek guidance and provide positive suggestions and stories.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
