After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Ingersoll Rand has stood the test of time by embracing a global Purpose and set of Values that define our culture. These values ensure that we operate with the highest ethical standards and do the right thing – all of the time.
Ingersoll Rand is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of our Code of Conduct or policies have occurred. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to suspected violations of our Code of Conduct, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedures. For employees based in the European Union (“EU”) Member States, the hotline may also be used to report potential breaches of the EU law as outlined in Ingersoll Rand’s “EU Reporting Supplement”. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, this hotline allows you that option.
In addition to reporting and as outlined in the Code of Conduct, we also expect you to disclose any conflicts of interest (perceived or actual) that you may have so that we can evaluate and if possible, mitigate the situation. Please see the “Conflicts of Interest” section of our Code of Conduct for further detail and utilize the disclosure form here to disclose a suspected conflict of interest. You will be contacted by a member of the Compliance Department should further information be required.
The information you provide is completely confidential and anonymous if you should choose and regardless of how you opt to report your concern, you have our guarantee that your issue will be heard.
If you have questions about this site, please see the Ethics Reports FAQs for more information.
