Our Commitment

Alabama Ag Credit is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

Alabama Ag Credit is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. For employees, we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe behavior has occurred that is fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical, or other violations of policies or standards have occurred. However, in situations where you prefer to file an anonymous report with us in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint.

For outside parties, we need to know of instances where high standards are not being maintained. If you are aware of fraudulent, unlawful or unethical behavior by our employees, directors or agents*, you may use this hotline to report such information.

All information you provide through this hotline will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a completely confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.

* “Agents” is defined by the Farm Credit Administration as “any person, other than a director or employee, who currently represents a System institution in contact with third parties or who currently provides professional services to a System institution, such as legal, accounting, appraisal and other similar services.”
