To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

• OR
• Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

A Means to Report Wrongful Behavior

Louisiana Land Bank, ACA is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

The maintenance of high standards for honesty, integrity, impartiality and ethical conduct by employees, directors and agents* is essential to ensure Association performance and to maintain public confidence. Louisiana Land Bank needs to know of instances where high standards are not being met.

If you are aware of fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical behavior by our employees, directors or agents, the EthicsPoint hotline may be used to report such information. The phone number or website link below may be utilized to submit a report.
