Conducting Business Ethically

At Incyte, we aim to make a difference—for patients, medical professionals, organizations, the broader healthcare community and all our global stakeholders— through scientific discovery. To achieve these goals, we are committed to being an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity that conducts business ethically.

We hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards to ensure that all of our interactions are conducted appropriately, and we encourage and foster an environment where open, honest communications about concerns are the expectation. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics guides our interactions and is regularly reviewed and amended according to our own standards, as well as the standards required of the communities in which we live and work.

There are times when violations of the Code of Conduct, policies, standards of practice or work instructions may occur and need to be addressed. In these situations, line managers, Incyte’s management, Compliance, Legal, or Human Resources can be engaged to address questions or issues. In situations where an anonymous, confidential option is needed or preferred, this website and Incyte’s helpline—hosted by EthicsPoint, a third-party provider—can be used to submit reports relating to violations (as stated in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics), as well as for guidance related to Incyte’s policies and procedures.

The information provided via this website or the helpline will be communicated by EthicsPoint to Incyte on a confidential and/or anonymous basis, if you so choose and if it is permitted by local law. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
