This line of communication is open not only to SOSi employees but to any party with knowledge of an ethics or compliance issue, including partners, customers, vendors and other third parties.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this service (via the hotline or the web portal), hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to use the tool to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct or our Supplier Code of Conduct.

The information you provide will be sent to SOSi by EthicsPoint confidentially and you have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

After you complete a report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 7 business days, use your report key and password on the site to check the progress of your report for feedback or questions.
