Ivan Delevic
CEO, OrthoSensor, Inc.

As a world leader in Sensor-Assisted Total Knee Arthroplasty, OrthoSensor develops and markets intelligent orthopedic solutions that provide real-time intraoperative data to surgeons and hospitals through proprietary sensor-assisted technologies.

We recognize that in working towards our goals, we have a responsibility to each other and to those outside of OrthoSensor. Conducting business with honesty and integrity is not only the right thing to do but will help us earn the respect and trust of others. At OrthoSensor, we are committed to carrying out the highest standards of legal and ethical compliance.

Because of this, The Code of Conduct (the “Code”) was created to ensure we comply with all applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations of the cities, states and countries in which we operate. The Code provides guiding principles for each and every one of us to perform our assigned job duties and serves as the foundation for OrthoSensor policies and procedures. It applies to our board of directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, distributors, approved business partners and vendors (“Company Representatives”) equally.

Compliance is everyone’s responsibility and all Company Representatives are expected to read, understand and follow the Code.

Since the Code cannot address every possible legal or ethical situation that may occur, I encourage you to ask questions. Questions about the Code should be directed to the Legal Department.

Thank you for taking the time to read and understand the Code. By complying with the principles contained therein you are echoing OrthoSensor’s pledge to conduct business with uncompromising integrity.
