This website and Lennox’s EthicsLine (collectively, “EthicsPoint”) are maintained by a third party for the purpose of gathering questions and concerns regarding Lennox’s Code of Business Conduct and allow you to remain anonymous (if you wish and where permitted by law). This website is externally hosted and not part of Lennox’s website or intranet.

No retaliation: Lennox prohibits retaliation against employees for reporting suspected Code violations in good faith or for participating in an investigation. Good faith does not mean that you have absolute proof but that you honestly believe your report. If you feel you have been retaliated against, report it.
