CyrusOne’s Ethics and Compliance Helpline, which is administered by EthicsPoint, an independent third party, provides employees, business partners, customers and other stakeholders around the globe a resource for asking questions or voicing concerns regarding compliance with CyrusOne’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

We want employees to feel comfortable in approaching their Manager, HR business partner or management with questions about CyrusOne’s practices and policies or in instances where they believe violations or misconduct has occurred. In instances where you prefer to ask a question or place a report in confidence or anonymously, you are encouraged to use this Website or call the Helpline. EthicsPoint will route all inquiries and reports to CyrusOne to insure that your questions are addressed, that all credible reports of suspected misconduct are investigated fairly, thoroughly and discreetly, and that appropriate corrective action is taken where warranted.

If you choose to submit a report anonymously, we strongly encourage you to provide sufficient detail to enable a prompt and accurate response or a full investigation where warranted. Please include a careful description of the facts giving rise to your concern with names, dates and places where available. Please make a record of your report key and password so that you can check the status of your report and respond to any requests for additional information.

Employees will not be subject to retaliation or punishment for seeking out guidance about CyrusOne policies, or for submitting a report of suspected misconduct in good faith.
