Ocean Deep Drilling ESV Nigeria Limited (“ODENL”) is committed to conducting business ethically and legally. All employees are expected to uphold the highest levels of integrity, honesty, ethical standards and strict compliance with both the letter and the spirit of the law. Our Code of Business Conduct (“Code”) explains the behavior that is expected from everyone when conducting all job-related activities, regardless of business pressure. The Code also provides guidance when we are confronted with difficult ethical dilemmas.
We are committed to an environment where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
If you are aware of or suspect unethical or illegal conduct, you must report this information. In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, you can contact the Ethics Hotline which is hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should so choose. ODENL does not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone who makes a good faith report.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
