To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Black Knight is committed to maintaining the highest legal and ethical standards in every aspect of our business. Anyone who suspects or becomes aware of a possible violation of any law, regulation, Black Knight policy, or the Code should promptly report the conduct. The Compliance and Ethics Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be used anonymously to report any actual or suspected violation.

When submitting a report, please complete all screens of the Web Report Form and provide all required information. No information will be transmitted until you click the submit button on the final screen.

Black Knight's ability to respond to your report depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. You may also report your concerns by calling the hotline at 833-B-Knight from the U.S., or if you are calling from India, dial 000 117 and enter 833-B-Knight when prompted. A specially-trained operator will confidentially document your concern.

The hotline is operated by a third-party independent company whose trained interviewers will protect your confidentiality and, if desired, your anonymity during the reporting process.

Reports made to the Compliance and Ethics Hotline are confidential and Black Knight strictly prohibits retaliation of any kind by or on behalf of Black Knight and its employees against an employee who, while acting in good faith, reports a possible violation of any law, regulation, Black Knight policy or the Code or participates in an investigation, whether the violation is reported to Black Knight or to a proper governmental agency.
