For customers, we want you to feel comfortable contacting the organization to highlight areas of ethical concern in the sale or administration of your insurance contract. You also are encouraged to use this hotline to ask for guidance related to policies and procedures and provide positive suggestions and stories.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

  1. From an outside line contact your local operator.
  2. Request a reverse charge or collect call to be placed to the United States, to the number below.
  3. All reverse charge or collect calls will be accepted by the Contact Center using an automated English message.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
