What to report

You are encouraged to use this hotline to report actual or potential violations of the law, the APLL Code of Conduct or the VASCOR Code of Conduct, and/or APLL policies or VASCOR policies.

Employees are always encouraged to report their concerns to their supervisor, local or regional management, human resources, or the legal team. This hotline is not intended to replace our existing internal reporting mechanisms or policies. Rather, it is meant to supplement those mechanisms and policies by providing an alternative means for reporting concerns.

Anonymity, confidentiality and non-retaliation

Reports may be made anonymously. We will endeavor to keep reports confidential and shared on a need-to-know basis only.

We strictly prohibit retaliation against any person for making a good faith report about any matter the person reasonably believes constitutes a violation of the law, the APLL Code of Conduct or the VASCOR Code of Conduct, and/or APLL policies or VASCOR policies, or for participating, cooperating or assisting in any investigation, or providing testimony in any governmental proceeding.
