How we do business is as important as the business we do

If it doesn’t feel, sound or look right, then chances are it isn’t. Who do you ask? Where do you go? What do you do? There are many ways to get your answers. Autoliv employees should refer to the Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics for direction or speak with a member of management, a human resources representative, Legal Representative or a Compliance officer for guidance on any work-related issues. As a confidential option you are encouraged to use the Autoliv Helpline, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Conduct, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedure and providing positive suggestions and stories.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous (where allowed) basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

It is essential that we all act ethically, show respect and have integrity.

At Autoliv, we have created a culture with clear values which helps us know the right choices to make even in difficult situations. If you suspect that something you’ve seen or heard about contradicts Autoliv’s Code, then please speak up to others at Autoliv, such as your manager or a Human Resources, Legal, or Compliance representative. The Autoliv Helpline is a valuable tool that can be used to report a concern about a violation of our Code of Conduct or the law. Retaliation for reporting in good faith is always prohibited.

While our work is important, how we go about our daily activities matters just as much. Performing our work in an ethical and lawful manner is we expect of each and every one of us. It Starts with Me.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
