The hotline provides a confidential channel to report concerns of suspected illegal or unethical activity. You can report online or call 1-888-290-5105 (toll-free in North America) or use your ship specific code.

WHO ADMINISTERS THE HOTLINE?

The Hotline is administered by an independent company. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and accommodates 75 languages.

WHO ELSE CAN EMPLOYEES SPEAK UP TO?

In addition to your manager you can speak up to: Your Department Head, Human Resources, Environmental Officer, Captain, DPA, Global E&C and Legal.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I CONTACT THE HOTLINE?

You will receive a report key and password to follow up on the status and results of your submission.

WHAT IS THE COMPANY’S POLICY ON RETALIATION?

The Company strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against anyone who in good faith reports a concern or cooperates in an investigation.
