Our Commitment

Southwestern Energy has developed a reputation for ethical behavior and fair dealing. Our Business Conduct Guidelines contain general guidelines for conducting business with integrity and character according to the highest ethical standards and values.

Southwestern Energy is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. If you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred Southwestern Energy has provided a hotline, which consists of this website and the toll-free telephone, as a convenient means for you to give your suggestions, concerns or reports of possible misconduct. If you are an employee, before making a report, we encourage you to consider raising your concern directly with your supervisor, a member of management, Audit Services or the Chief Compliance Officer.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

The hotline can also be used to make concerns known to our non-management directors (members of Southwestern Energy's Board of Directors who are not Southwestern Energy employees) on a direct and confidential basis.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
