Inspirato takes every ethics complaint seriously, including those involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, accounting, and safety issues. We are committed to an environment where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. Our open-door policy still exists and we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, management, executive team, or People Operations to provide any comments or complaints regarding ethical concerns.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence or do not feel comfortable reporting your concerns directly, we encourage you to use this portal or hotline. All messages are encrypted and will be delivered directly to the appropriate individuals for evaluation. After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
