Nordstrom is committed to an environment where open and honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching us with your concerns. If you believe Nordstrom employee, or anyone working on Nordstrom’s behalf, has violated the Nordstrom Partnership Guidelines, or has engaged in illegal or otherwise improper conduct, please report it to Nordstrom immediately.
Concerns should be reported through this hotline which is hosted by a third-party hotline provider called EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint. You may choose to submit your report anonymously.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
