If there are times that violations of the Code of Business Ethics and Practices, policies, standards of practice or work instructions occur, these are the most important moments to speak up. In such situations, line managers, PolarityTE’s management, Compliance, Legal, or Human Resources can be engaged to address questions or issues. In situations where an anonymous, confidential option is needed or preferred, this website and PolarityTE’s helpline—hosted by EthicsPoint, a third-party provider—can be used to submit reports relating to violations (as stated in our Code of Business Ethics and Practices), as well as for guidance related to PolarityTE’s policies and procedures.
