This site is maintained by a third party company for the purpose of gathering information regarding compliance concerns or alleged misconduct at Penn State University. You can choose to provide your name or remain anonymous.

You may also report compliance concerns by calling the Hotline at 1-800-560-1637. This toll-free number is staffed by live operators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To report a sexual assault, please call 1-800-560-1637 and the operator will transfer you to a local sexual assault resource center.

It is the policy of the University to encourage and enable any member of the University faculty, staff, or student body to make good faith reports of suspected wrongful conduct, and to protect such individuals from retaliation for making such reports to the University or an appropriate authority.

*Effective February 7, 2018 Penn State University and Hershey Medical Center will be implementing a new hotline system.
