To Make a Report
Goodwill Industries of Houston expects that any information you file in a report is accurate, honest, and forthright to the best of your knowledge and is submitted by you in good faith.
You can file the report using your name or you can make an anonymous report by calling or by filing an online report at www.goodwillhouston.ethicspoint.com.
To file a report online, select your work location from the drop down menu.
Once your report has been filed you will be issued a "report key." Write down your report key and password to check your report for feedback, questions, or updates.
