Our Commitment

We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. If, however, you are uncomfortable raising an issue or concern with your supervisor or believe you cannot adequately resolve an issue or concern at that level, you should take the issue to a more senior supervisor or a Human Resources representative all without risk of reprimand or retaliation.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, you are encouraged to use this hotline hosted by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations to our Handbook Policies, Policies stated in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, laws or regulations as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedures and providing positive suggestions.

At your election, any information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a completely confidential and anonymous basis. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
