In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this Whistleblower line, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Ethics, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedure and providing positive suggestions and stories.
The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

Orbia is committed to a speaking environment and makes available multiple channels for asking questions or expressing concerns about potential violations of the Code of Ethics. Ways to report concerns include your line manager, another trusted manager, a member of the People Team or Legal department, or the Ethics & Compliance team at ethics@orbia.com.
The Ethics Helpline allows anonymous reporting 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using the drop-down menu on the left. Based on your choice and explicit consent, the information published on the Ethics Helpline will be forwarded to our Ethics & Compliance team (global reporting team) and to the People Team of Orbia B&I Hungary (local reporting channel). You can choose at any time to have your report only sent to Orbia's Ethics & Compliance team or Orbia's Hungarian team. However, anonymous reports can also be seen by members of the Ethics and Compliance Group who do not live in the EU.
Under Hungarian law, we are obliged to inform you that whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected from retaliation. However, if it turns out that false information has been provided or a report made in bad faith, Wavin Hungary may terminate the investigation with immediate effect without any further action. In addition, in justified cases, Wavin Hungary may initiate criminal or other proceedings, such as a claim for damages, or other labor or civil lawsuits for malicious reports.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
