After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
If you observe or suspect violations of applicable laws, regulations, or otherwise unethical conduct, you may submit your concerns through this website or call the compliance hotline using the telephone numbers found in the drop-down box on this page. Legal protections for whistleblowing vary by jurisdiction - employees should refer to their local Whistleblowing Policy for specific information regarding eligibility and protections.
All good faith reports submitted via this website or the hotline are treated confidentially to the fullest extent possible. However, complete confidentiality may not be guaranteed where the identity of the reporter is required to be disclosed to comply with legal requirements, or becomes apparent from the details contained in the report itself, particularly in cases of anonymous submissions. KnowBe4 will uphold its legal duties to protect employees and workers who make protected disclosures. Anonymous reporting is available where permitted by law. You can always reach out to your supervisor, executive management, or submit any concerns directly to any of the following KnowBe4 corporate departments: Legal, People Operations or Compliance at 1-855-566-9234, in a manner consistent with local requirements.
