You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
We are committed to fostering an environment of open and honest communications among colleagues. Our Code of Conduct highlights and provides general guidelines for conducting Calico business with other team members as well as with external partners and stakeholders. While we expect employees to live our values and adhere to our Code of Conduct, it is important that employees feel comfortable approaching their manager or John Whiting, Calico’s compliance officer and/or Jessica Wilan, head of Human Resources if they believe a violation of our policies have occurred. Should you find the need to report anonymously, this third-party hosted helpline by EthicsPoint is readily available.
Any information provided through the helpline will be sent to Calico on a completely confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose that method. You have our commitment that your comments will be heard.
