The Nevada Legislature strives to maintain a professional environment at the Legislature which is free from harassment. This site provides a manner in which reports of inappropriate conduct which is or may become sexual harassment or harassment based on any other protected category (race, color, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity or expression) may be made anonymously. You may report your concerns by clicking on the "Make a Report" button and answering the questions with as much information as possible. Alternatively, you may report your concerns by calling the reporting hotline at (833) 205-7555.

The hotline and website are monitored and reviewed exclusively by the investigative team at Van Dermyden Makus Law Corporation independent of the Nevada Legislature. Van Dermyden Makus Law Corporation has been retained to monitor and collect preliminary information regarding allegations of harassment involving the Nevada Legislature and its employees.

If you have experienced or observed behavior that is inconsistent with the commitment by the Nevada Legislature to provide a professional environment which is free from harassment, please report it here. By reporting through this web site, or through the hotline, you may choose to remain anonymous. You will receive a report key and password that will allow you to continue to communicate with us anonymously. If you choose to remain anonymous, however, it may make it more difficult to investigate the allegations.

Please be advised that the website and hotline are intended to address concerns regarding harassment. Other types of complaints will not be addressed, but may be forwarded to the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau.
