To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

If you observe some behavior that you believe is unethical, unsafe or otherwise wrong, we expect you to report it. Ideally, you should approach your supervisor or member of our management team with your concerns. However, we recognize that there may be circumstances when you are not comfortable reporting an issue in this manner.

If for any reason you are not comfortable having a conversation with your supervisor or management, you are encouraged to use Katerra’s reporting hotline.

Our hotline is hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You can report issues with your name or anonymously. We would rather you report anonymously than keep the information to yourself. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard and investigated.
