Faber Daeufer & Itrato is an organization that strongly values respect for each individual who is part of our firm (or who we encounter in conducting our business), adherence to high standards of personal responsibility and integrity, and compliance with legal and ethical duties.
We are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards may have occurred – including situations where the firm or someone within the firm may have behaved badly, and/or situations where you (or someone else in the firm who you have observed) may have been the victim of bad behavior. There will be no retaliation or other adverse consequences to you as a result of your sharing a concern in good faith. We will work diligently and responsibly to evaluate the information you provide, and to correct or improve the situation and any environmental circumstances that may have significantly contributed to the situation. However, we realize that there may be situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence. And we also realize that there may be situations in which members of the firm’s management may be involved or implicated, where you may need or prefer a direct communication path to the firm’s outside counsel. In these situations, we encourage you to use this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. If you use this hotline and select anonymous submission, the information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis, without any tracking of devices or connections you may have used to make the submission. If you use this hotline (whether or not selecting anonymous submission) and identify any member of the firm’s management as being involved or implicated, that individual will not receive any of the information you provide – currently, if you identify Joe Faber or Sumy Daeufer as being involved or implicated, the information you provide will be sent only to Ken Itrato; if you also identify Ken Itrato as being involved or implicated, the information you provide will be sent only to Peter Gelhaar, a partner at Donnelly, Conroy & Gelhaar, who is outside counsel to the firm (and who will have instructions on how to pursue this matter with other members of the firm’s management).
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
