We have an open-door policy and rely on our employees to speak up and report any concern relating to Company policy or potential violations or any law, rule or regulation, to their supervisor, Human Resources (HR), Chief Legal Officer, Ethics Email, or through ADI’s EthicsPoint Hotline.
ADI’s EthicsPoint Hotline is operated by an independent third-party, - NAVEX, and allows for anonymous reporting, where permitted by law. See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
Employees may choose to report anonymously, but we encourage employees to not do so. Including your identity and contact information may allow us to obtain more information or follow up with you directly regarding your concerns. If you provide your identity and contact information, we will strive to keep your identity confidential to the greatest extent possible. Please note that some EEA countries do not allow us to keep your identity confidential, such as in case of access requests by other individuals. ADI is committed to applying a consistent and objective review process to ensure reports are fairly and promptly reviewed. If an investigation is warranted, ADI will promptly investigate allegations, implement corrective actions, if appropriate, and convey the outcome of the investigation to the reporter and respondent. All efforts will be made to handle the investigation confidentially, consistent with business needs and applicable law. ADI employees must all cooperate fully with internal and external investigations.
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-7 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
ADI prohibits retaliation against anyone who in good faith makes a report. By raising concerns to the ADI, you are doing what you can to help us sustain our culture of ethics and integrity and are protecting ADI.
