Regenstrief Institute is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We encourage you to approach your supervisor or management if you believe a violation of our policies has occurred. Regenstrief Institute supervisors and human resources professionals are committed to handling reported violations of policies or standards promptly and discreetly.
In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report, you are encouraged to use this secure, web-based portal or telephone hotline, which is hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint, an independent ethics and compliance management vendor. EthicsPoint is best used to report suspected violations of the Regenstrief Institute Code of Conduct, Regenstrief Institute policies, state or federal regulations, fraud, abuse, or other misconduct.
The information you provide will be received by EthicsPoint in a totally anonymous manner. The Institute is completely shielded from knowing who submitted a report, unless you choose to disclosure your identity. Regenstrief Institute will take every action it can to investigate every report but due to the nature of anonymous reporting, the Institute may be limited in scope to any action(s) it may be able to take in response to a report.
Regenstrief Institute policy prohibits taking any retaliatory action against individuals who make a good faith disclosure of suspected financial or other misconduct, or violations of policy, etc.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 2-3 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
