Committed to Providing a Welcoming Environment in Which to Learn and Work

Alliance’s aspiration is to be a nonprofit network of high-performing public charter schools that delivers a world-class educational experience for our scholars, and is one of education’s best places to work where each staff member finds joy and meaning in their work and where voices are heard and responded to.

As such, Alliance has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to harassment, hostility, and violence.

We aim to provide a learning environment where scholars and families are comfortable raising an issue with their school’s staff and leadership team and where staff can address issues with their supervisor or Alliance’s Employee Relations team. We understand, however, that there are times when individuals may not be comfortable reporting a conflict or issues of employee misconduct in this way. It is for such circumstances that we have partnered with a neutral third-party: EthicsPoint.

The EthicsPoint reporting system is a new resource for you––staff, parents, and scholars–– to raise your concerns through a neutral third party, with the option to remain anonymous.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
