Kimberli Carroll Ruiz Foods is committed to living our company values every day and creating an environment for open, honest communications. The “Speak Up for Ruiz” hotline is an important component of this commitment.

When you become a Ruiz Team Member, you’re expected to follow all Ruiz policies and applicable laws at all times. And you’re responsible for reporting any illegal or unethical workplace behavior you witness, whether you are directly involved in the incident or not. Our company expressly prohibits retaliation against anyone who makes a good faith effort to address an integrity concern regardless of what reporting method you choose.

We want you to feel comfortable openly expressing your concerns. However, we also recognize that sometimes you may prefer to report serious concerns anonymously. The “Speak Up for Ruiz” hotline is managed by NAVEX, an independent third party organization specializing in anonymous reporting. NAVEX uses EthicsPoint Incident Management Services. When you contact the hotline, you do not have to give your name and the information you provide will be sent to us in a way that protects your anonymity, if you choose that option. We take all reports seriously and will review each report within 24 hours and follow up when further action is appropriate.

Thank you for doing your part to uphold Ruiz Foods’ reputation, protect your fellow team members and preserve the company values that have guided our success for more than 60 years.

All my best,
Kimberli Carroll
