Franciscan University of Steubenville is committed to an environment of open and honest communication. All members of the University community may raise concerns and expect that their concerns will be addressed in a professional and non-retaliatory manner.
There may be instances when an individual prefers to place an anonymous and confidential report when they suspect wrongdoing. In these instances, people may use this service, which is hosted by an independent third party, EthicsPoint. Reports of alleged violations of University policy, applicable laws, or the improper use of University property, resources, or authority for personal gain can be made through the EthicsPoint site.
The information provided will be sent to designated University officials by EthicsPoint while allowing you to remain anonymous, if you so choose. Whether you choose to share your name or not, the matter will be reviewed, and you will receive a response from the University through EthicsPoint.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs as well as the University’s Whistleblower Policy for more information.
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
