GFI promotes a workplace culture where unethical behavior of any kind is not tolerated. All GFI employees must, through their words and actions, always embody the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
We can’t build that culture without open communication, even on topics that can be particularly challenging. This is a central tenet of everything we do. We are open to hearing concerns, we will identify issues that must be addressed, and we will resolve them in an urgent and thorough manner reflecting the importance of ethical conduct to GFI as an organization.
GFI’s Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Policy require that all employees observe the highest standards of professionalism and personal ethics in the performance of their GFI duties and responsibilities. As representatives of GFI, we must practice honesty and integrity, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the work that we do.
We encourage all employees to use this hotline for any communication, not just serious concerns or reporting violations of GFI policies. It can be a suggestion to improve a process or build our team spirit, it can be a question, or it can be something that bothers you but you aren’t sure how important it is. We want to hear you, and if you are only comfortable discussing something anonymously, this is a way to do it. No question or feedback is out of bounds.
This hotline is hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to GFI by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
