Operational Concerns Hotline

Our Commitment

Centennial Resource Development, Inc. (Centennial) is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. We have established this Operational Concerns hotline to enable our employees, independent contractors, vendors, customers and business partners to make us aware of any concerns relating to our operations, working environment, course of dealing with contractors and other business partners, employee relations, security and other operational matters. Our employees are our most important asset, and we are committed to ensuring a safe, secure and ethical workplace and complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, standards and policies relating to our operations.

Centennial is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to operations, working environment, course of dealing with contractors and other business partners, employee relations, security and other operational matters, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedures and providing positive suggestions and stories.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. Centennial takes all concerns reported through this hotline very seriously, so your comments will be heard. In addition, Centennial has a strong policy against retaliation directed at any employee who reports a concern in good faith.

See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
