To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Creative is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe fraud or misconduct have occurred.

Creative’s Security Department, led by the Senior Director of Security, receives, reviews, investigates and ensure the proper disposition of all allegations of fraud and misconduct. All reports will be reviewed impartially, and relevant information will be reported in accordance with U.S. law. We ensure that your identity is treated confidentially.

You may report allegations of fraud and misconduct using this web portal, hosted by a third-party web portal provider, EthicsPoint. The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

All reports should include detailed information about the alleged fraud or misconduct, including who committed it, what, where, when and how. Explain why you think the person or persons committed the fraud or misconduct and who else might be aware of it. To assist in a thorough investigation, please refrain from reporting information that is overly broad or vague in nature.
