We believe in putting our company values into action every day – our success depends on it. We expect every employee and every Olin business partner operating on our behalf to act legally, ethically and with integrity. Each of us has a responsibility to ask questions and raise concerns in good faith about potential problems in the workplace or with Olin’s business operations.

The Olin Help-Line is a confidential service for Olin employees, contractors and business partners to ask questions or raise concerns in good faith about Olin's workplace and business operations. The Help-Line is operated by NAVEX Global, an independent company unaffiliated with Olin. If you are an Olin employee, we encourage you to speak first with your manager or another Olin resource. If you are not comfortable raising your concern with local management, or if you have raised a concern previously and it has not been resolved, the Olin Help-Line will assist you. Questions and good faith concerns are taken seriously, and will receive a prompt and professional response.
